You will work in a diverse environment, across multiple product lines, business units, and functions to jointly create value with our customers to meet Consumer needs. As part of one of the world’s best sales management programs, you will derive insights from data to create winning selling propositions to a wide variety of customers, from retailers, distributors, wholesalers, physicians, dentists, veterinarians, department stores, hotels, and restaurants. **Responsibilities include:** * Sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives. * Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising. * Translate Global Business Plans into actionable selling stories for the customer. * Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell win/win business plans * Turn raw data into actionable conclusions * Leverage analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights * Provide input into retailer category strategy
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving * Strong written and verbal communications * Strong leadership skills * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel on the job * Openness to relocate across the United States throughout your career in Sales
