Responsibilities
  • Leads eCommerce and Digital Sales channel capability development and overall business strategy for Enterprise (x-Amazon)

  • Leads digital business strategic plan to drive visibility, sales, and shopper engagement across eCommerce and Digital Sales business

  • Leads support work for "must win" application platforms, toolkits and measurements

  • Leads planning and execution of focused shopper media plans (digital, customer media)

  • Drives Sales team training agenda on eCommerce and Digital Sales portfolio and targeted opportunities while improving wider team understanding to ensure learnings are captured and incorporated into business strategy and future customer business plans

  • Builds future shopper capabilities to allow PepsiCo to own and direct the shopper "through, to and around" to guide choice and conversion

  • Develops roadmap for best-in-class conversion tools enabled by CRM and technology and permits program teams to build best-in-class programs with cutting edge technologies

  • Targets shopper household acquisition opportunities and builds a healthy pipeline of potential new customers/ shopper households

  • Reduces the cost to reach targeted shoppers Serves as the digital expert for key strategic customer Top to Tops

  • Tests and builds out strategic framework and delivers a "shopper conversion toolkit"

  • Tethers to D3 and content creation studios

  • Cultivates an active network to build and maintain relationships to promote eCommerce and Digital Sales objectives internally and at customer level

  • Collaborates on strategies and tactics to achieve targeted goals within eCommerce and Digital Sales teams

  • Identifies and interprets shopper trends in technology with Insights, D3 and Content teams

Education/Certifications:

  • BA Required

  • MBA Preferred

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience

  • Experience in shopper marketing a plus

  • Experience in digital marketing a plus
