Responsibilities
The Corporate Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving and managing the marketing initiatives and strategies, including managing and leading the Corporate Marketing team and Onsite Marketing Directors, developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns/programs focused on creating brand awareness, interest and qualified leads aligned with the projects, properties, and corporate/company events. Activities to include electronic / direct mail, telesales, webinars, standalone events, conference and tradeshow participation, partner programs, SEO/SEM, list development and more. Tracks marketing activity through follow-up and create ROI/metrics reports; and performs other duties as assigned. - Leads marketing efforts for projects and properties, bringing deeper understanding about our key buyer segments, providing insight into customer lifetime value opportunities, and delivering go-to-market strategies for these audience segments. - Defines marketing messaging and strategy for OliverMcMillan. - Manages Corporate Marketing team. - Manages onsite Marketing Directors for assigned projects and properties. - Manages marketing campaigns, monitors campaign performance and adjusts campaigns and creative as required to maximize performance and sales results. - Collaborates extensively with leasing and property management teams to collect data for conversion to advertising and collateral under strict timelines. - Coordinates with vendors for photography, cartography and marketing services. - Creates detailed reports on marketing campaign performance for management. - Creates, manages and reports on corporate budget. - Oversees creation and management of, and monthly reporting, project marketing budgets by onsite Marketing Directors. - Oversees approval process of all marketing including website, print, direct mail, email and online channels. - Monitors industry trends and competitor activities. - Collaborates with social media / community efforts to utilize appropriate engagement opportunities in social channels. - Drives innovation in personalization of messaging to clients. - Manages public relations and marketing consultants. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial and residential real estate marketing. - Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities and experience with ARGUS and MRI preferred. - Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities while managing aggressive deadlines. - High sense of urgency and ability to work independently. Adapts well to change and demonstrates ability to develop and implement process/system improvements. - Strong background in real estate marketing analysis. - Proven track record to drive and implement strategic initiatives. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment. - Must be data oriented and have proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions. - Critical thinker; exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. - Must have great attention to detail and work well under pressure. - Must be comfortable with presenting to senior management and working in cross-functional teams; has proven ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels.
