Summary
The Client Services Coordinator will take the lead on managing day-to-day details of a proven tenant representation practice, thereby allowing the producers more time to focus on client relationships and business development. The role will include a mix of administrative, operational and transaction support duties.
Responsibilities
* Coordinator for team of producers/brokers * Maintain list of active projects and keep those accountable on task * Client Coordination * Ensure client deliverables are timely, detailed, precise and thorough * Be ready to troubleshoot client problems in broker’s absence * Transaction Assistance * Learn the market, downtown and suburbs to assist with local market assignments * Assist in account management of multi-market transactions * Monitor status of all team transactions * Take day-to-day role on proactively advancing projects * Market Surveys * Tour Books * Prepare RFPs * Collect Proposals from Landlord’s agents * Make sure deliverables are “client ready” * Assist in creation of presentations to win new business * Collaborate with marketing team to create team’s marketing content * Work closely with team’s financial analyst and research analyst to prepare client deliverables * Maintain upkeep of team’s salesforce database * Handle administrative duties, such as calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, emails, phone and correspondence
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree * 3-5 years of experience * Technology and internet experience * Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and Salesforce * Excellent organizational skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent proof-reading skills * A positive “can do” attitude * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Sense of accountability and exceptional follow-up skills * Problem-solving skills and proven ability to think resourcefully * Professionalism and the ability to communicate at all levels of internal and client organization
