Summary
We seek leadership development professionals to help us make the most important decisions, develop our most talented people, and build great cultures. Our Leadership Development Consultants partner with top executives to evaluate and elevate managers’ effectiveness at sharing a vision, connecting with people, developing people, building deep benches of up-and-coming leaders, and building great cultures.
Responsibilities
* Building healthy, honest, strong relationships by spending time with executives and middle managers in restaurants, identifying symptoms, diagnosing root causes, writing and updating plans to improve, and leading people development discussions. * Immediately sharing in discussion and writing what you see, hear, and feel in restaurants and guide executives and middle managers to tackle priorities first and make their time in restaurants count. Then, follow up. * In pursuit of great cultures, championing people’s strengths and exploring whether store visits are impactful. If not, how come and what ought the executives and middle managers do differently?
Ideal Candidate
* Have clear written and verbal communication/organization skills * Has the ability to develop strong credibility with everyone in operations * Be self-driven, proactive, and persistent * Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills * Be able to use strong team development skills to clarify common goals among diverse team members, gain consensus on an overall approach, and build a collaborative environment * Be adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change * Have knowledge of and the ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft * Have a track record of building top performing teams and elevating those around them
