The Business Metrics Analyst works closely with leadership to create reports, analyze metrics and determine business needs. The Business Metrics Analyst will work with many different technology systems and collaborate with different teams to discuss and analyze findings. High-level communication skills and a solution-focused vision are imperative when it comes to discussing metrics and business solutions.

* Condense large, often complex data and theories into clear, concise, easy-to-understand observations * Analyze large volumes of data for performance, quality and trending * Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions, identify points of interest and develop process improvements based on those results * Understand and apply tools to gather data and perform analyses * Run reports and report results on a regular basis * Perform ad hoc reporting and analyses * Act as a liaison between teams to gather and communicate essential information for process improvement
