Assoc Financial Analyst

* Supports the Monthly reporting and the Annual Budget and Planning processes * Updates and maintains product expense allocation system including but not limited to system reconciling, balancing, testing, and chartfields maintenance * Supports and participates in developing and monitoring cost centers expense allocation to business lines and products * Collects and maintains allocation drivers, mass data collection and consolidation * Assists in preparation of reporting and management decision making information * Establishes, modifies, documents and implements best practice methods and control procedures * Assists other analysts, consultants and managers in initiating and executing on process improvement initiatives * Shares technical expertise with others, ad-hoc reporting tasks, and special projects * Other duties as assigned

* BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/related field, 1-3years in finance related area, budgeting, and expense. * Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. * Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks at once and still meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with other departments and customers. * A self-starter, self-motivated, self-disciplined and performance driven. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong technical skill is desired (MS Excel and ACCESS); PeopleSoft and Hyperion skills beneficial
