- Supports the Monthly reporting and the Annual Budget and Planning processes
- Updates and maintains product expense allocation system including but not limited to system reconciling, balancing, testing, and chartfields maintenance
- Supports and participates in developing and monitoring cost centers expense allocation to business lines and products
- Collects and maintains allocation drivers, mass data collection and consolidation
- Assists in preparation of reporting and management decision making information
- Establishes, modifies, documents and implements best practice methods and control procedures
- Assists other analysts, consultants and managers in initiating and executing on process improvement initiatives
- Shares technical expertise with others, ad-hoc reporting tasks, and special projects
- Other duties as assigned
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/related field, 1-3years in finance related area, budgeting, and expense.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks at once and still meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with other departments and customers.
- A self-starter, self-motivated, self-disciplined and performance driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skill is desired (MS Excel and ACCESS); PeopleSoft and Hyperion skills beneficial
