Assoc Financial Analyst

• Supports the Monthly reporting and the Annual Budget and Planning processes
• Updates and maintains product expense allocation system including but not limited to system reconciling, balancing, testing, and chartfields maintenance
• Supports and participates in developing and monitoring cost centers expense allocation to business lines and products
• Collects and maintains allocation drivers, mass data collection and consolidation
• Assists in preparation of reporting and management decision making information
• Establishes, modifies, documents and implements best practice methods and control procedures
• Assists other analysts, consultants and managers in initiating and executing on process improvement initiatives
• Shares technical expertise with others, ad-hoc reporting tasks, and special projects
• Other duties as assigned

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/related field, 1-3years in finance related area, budgeting, and expense.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks at once and still meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with other departments and customers.
• A self-starter, self-motivated, self-disciplined and performance driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical skill is desired (MS Excel and ACCESS); PeopleSoft and Hyperion skills beneficial
