Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. In this position you will support Talent Acquisition processes including, but not limited to, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, career fair support, employee on-boarding, ATS system audit follow-up and the creation of personnel files.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to assist in the recruitment & selection of select exempt/non-exempt positions across the organization * Review resumes and conduct telephone interviews with candidates to determine job-applicable skills (based on job description and manager’s needs). Provide professional assessment of final candidates to assist with the determination of the best fit for the open position. * Facilitate various processes including in-office interview scheduling, offer letter generation, career fair support, and facilitating communication with candidates following interviews. * Make updates to process documentation as directed by the functional process owner or their supervisor for the HRSC Team. * Provide general ATS (applicant tracking system) system support and testing * Receive general supervision but is responsible to work semi-independently with pre-defined escalation points.

**Qualifications:** * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Basic problem solving skills * Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills * Excellent customer service skills * Able to be flexible and adaptable * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * High School diploma plus 0-2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Cornerstone ATS * Bachelor’s degree plus 1-4 years of related work experience or equivalent combination, specifically in recruiting functional support
