Responsibilities
- Provide talent acquisition services for the Electronic Systems Sector. - Deliver high quality candidates and advance the BAE Systems brand across numerous markets and professional communities. - Guide hiring managers and candidates through BAE Systems selection process. - Perform full life-cycle recruiting. - Maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community.
Ideal Candidate
Required education: Bachelor Degree and 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience - Customer Service Experience - Internet Sourcing (using Boolean Searches) and Social Media Sourcing - Experience in a high volume environment with tight time-lines - Proven track record of delivering hiring results and ability to communicate and qualify their metrics - Ability to work with all levels of management from executive through first line supervisors - Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multitask - Exhibits sense of urgency in filling priority requirements - Experience with Applicant Tracking Software **Preferred Skills and Education** - Skilled at partnering with managers to establish staffing plans in anticipation of new business - Partners with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations. - Strong analytic background with ability to create, measure, and scale the right work flow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus - Understanding of OFCCP requirement for reporting. - Strong experience and understanding of engineering and/or technology based recruiting.
