While we work independently, we support each other through frequent code and design reviews, daily stand-ups, and pair programming, facilitating learning and reducing friction in our regular release schedule of every 3 weeks.

As the ultimate owner of recruiting, you’ll be the guardian of growing our happy and empowered team. You’ll construct recruiting processes to bring on the best team members and build a scalable recruiting function to achieve ambitious hiring goals. You’re equally motivated by coaching your recruiting team to deliver excellent results, as you are running full-cycle searches to find that unicorn candidate who has it all. Company-wide, we are craving your recruiting expertise! As we grow, our senior leaders will lean on your accurate recruiting metrics and hiring forecasting to power key business decisions. Responsibilities
* Build a scalable, best-in-class recruiting function - end to end * Design and implement new processes to source, interview and hire the right talent for HelloSign * Diligently improve existing processes and tools to maximize recruiting ROI * Effectively coach and manage a high-performing recruitment team * Lead your function to consistently achieve (and exceed!) ambitious hiring goals * Deliver excellent candidate and interviewer experiences as a reliable default * Develop recruiting reports and metrics as key business tools for senior leaders and TeamOps * Collaborate with hiring managers to design recruiting methods which account for differences between departments, functions and roles * Anticipate and communicate hiring roadblocks in advance and proactively remove obstacles * Guide and train the company on best practices for talent acquisition, interviewing and candidate assessment * Maximize our talent pool by introducing new recruiting initiatives such as visa sponsorship, employee referral programs, hosting meet-ups, partnering with local coding bootcamps and other innovative talent acquisition methods. * Execute full-cycle searches as needed to ensure hitting our hiring plans
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about HelloSign and an exemplary company ambassador * 5-8 years of recruiting experience, with focus in fast-paced, rapid growth environments * 3+ years of effective team management; coaching and leading a team of high-performing recruiting professionals * Savvy knowledge of the tech industry and SaaS space * Consistent track record of achieving high-volume hiring goals * History of recruiting top quality talent for both technical and non-technical roles at differing management levels * Metrics driven, has strong analytical ability to forecast recruiting momentum * Experienced in designing, implementing and championing recruiting initiatives and programs * Engaging and effective communicator with a wide variety of audiences * Strong active listener and ability to identify nuanced needs for differing functions and roles * Impeccable standards for candidate and interviewer experiences * Great teammate, no ego, will pitch in anywhere necessary to get-it-done * Highly resourceful, solutions oriented, self-motivated and assertive * Quick learner with ATS’s and other recruiting software (bonus for Greenhouse, Entelo and HelloSign experience)
