Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage annual compensation benchmarking with team support
  • Assist with annual pay review in partnership with Director and global team
  • Manage variable compensation programs.
  • Manage US & Canadian healthcare and retirement plans in partnership with Director
  • Manage Leave of Absence program in partnership with vendor and team support
  • Manage global mobility and immigration programs with team support
  • Manage seasonal programs with team support
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of US benefits and retirement plans
  • Strong profieciency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
