- Manage annual compensation benchmarking with team support
- Assist with annual pay review in partnership with Director and global team
- Manage variable compensation programs.
- Manage US & Canadian healthcare and retirement plans in partnership with Director
- Manage Leave of Absence program in partnership with vendor and team support
- Manage global mobility and immigration programs with team support
- Manage seasonal programs with team support
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources
- 5-8 years of experience
- Knowledge of US benefits and retirement plans
- Strong profieciency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
