Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities: Samples - Receive, tray, and inventory new samples. - Organizes and labels trays by collection . - Remove and return recalled samples to Italy - Maintain local samples calendar for coordinating sample shipments to/ from meetings, tradeshows , trunk shows, buying days, etc. - Track samples delivery & return via Fedex courier service. - Clean, reorganize and restore sample sets to customer ready condition at all times. - Completes quarterly inventory of samples (including active and discontinued skus), and request missing sku replacement. - Assists Key Accounts team, Samples Supervisor, and respective Samples Coordinators with projects when necessary. Administrative & General Office Support: - Maintain consistent communication with KA Showroom Manager to resolve any concerns. - Coordinate showroom appointments, and forward regular updates as adjusted, reflecting showroom visits , as well as samples usage. - Execute all preparation work for the KA account appointments within local showroom , including current Sales Performance Results, Templates by Brand, customer’s current assortment/planogram with color imagery, and linesheets (if needed) of new releases in brands carried by customer, as well as new brand offerings. - Provides administrative showroom support during buying (market) days in local showroom under Showroom Manager coordination. Including (but not limited to), printing documents, following up on customer transportation, catering, floral arrangements, and general office maintenance.

Position Requirements: - Organized, analytical, and focused - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment - Ability to communicate effectively - Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Ability to work independently - Ability to manage time effectively & prioritize Education and Experience - Associates Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Experience working in the fashion industry/retail a plus - Equivalent combination of education and experience
