Social Media Designer

SERINO/COYNE is the nation's longest-running live-entertainment advertising agency. We have made it our business to sell tickets to live theatre.

- Design highly shareable social media graphics for use on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other digital networks. - Work closely with art directors and social media managers to create other social media visual assets that are on-brand and coincide with the overall strategy. - Partner with digital designers to assist with the creation of digital collateral, including banner ads, email blasts, and website designs. - Brainstorm creative ideas and strategies to further promote social campaigns and push ticket sales.

- Bachelor's degree in design, 1+ year of experience. - A wizard in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Microsoft Office (proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Must be up to date on the latest In Design software. - Must have an understanding of HTML5 & CSS. - Must be proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube with a general awareness of all social networks. - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Must have strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build positive working relationships - Must be able to problem-solve in a timely manner. - Must demonstrate the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. **Additional Requirements** - The ability to work some nights and weekends. - Not afraid to be independent and take initiative. - Overall cultural awareness and sensitivity. - A precise attention to detail. - A passion for the theater and the performing arts is a plus. - A sense of humor and a collaborative nature is a must!
