Summary
Bounce Exchange is hiring a Head of People Operations to own all facets of organizational design, performance management, training modules, and feedback looping. Responsibilities
* Assess and develop thorough training and assessment methods for each role, tailored to different stages of career growth and employee experience (e.g., 3 months in, 1 year in, 2 years in) * Build out a robust performance management system that goes beyond dry acronyms and becomes an effective feedback loop * Create detailed department-specific onboarding processes that ensure each employee hits the ground running and builds a foundation for later success
Ideal Candidate
* Several years in management consulting or in a people ops role at a start-up or technology company * Demonstrated experience building organizational models * Track record of creating and scaling employee programs a huge plus
