Responsibilities
* Build a comprehensive vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition globally * Provide guidance and subject matter expertise, and oversee programs and activities related to talent processes and practices * Track, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics to monitor and continuously improve performance * Lead, manage and develop the talent team across multiple locations driving a high level of performance against our ambitious hiring plans * Own the recruiting process and tools to drive higher conversion rates while offering outstanding candidate experience * Identify future talent needs collaborating with the talent team to develop talent pools and/or social engagement * Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day talent operation and related programs across all functional areas * Partner with the HR operations and Marketing to help drive a strong employment brand, and incorporate into recruiting processes
Ideal Candidate
* Been a seasoned talent acquisition leader and successfully built, managed and inspired a talent team for a high-growth technology company * 10+ years in recruiting, including 3 years in the high tech industry, with deep experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting experience * 3+ years of experience managing and developing others in the recruiting function * Significant experience in a leadership capacity building, motivating, and managing a team * Strong ability for workforce planning, forecasting and developing a talent pipeline strategy * A passion for finding the right people for the right roles * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships * In depth understanding of the hiring processes, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them * Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skill with the ability to interface with all levels across the company * B.S. or equivalent preferred
