* Partner with the engineering team to understand hiring needs and screening criteria * Attend meetups and developer events in order to spread awareness and excitement about opportunities at Venmo. You make the first impression on all new employees at Venmo. * Source experienced engineering candidates through a variety of techniques you’ve found successful in previous experience * Delight candidates with a seamless and enjoyable recruiting and interview process * Communicate with Recruiting Coordinator to ensure amazing onsite interview experience and first impression of our company and office

* Technical recruiting experience targeting mid to senior level engineers * Experience with all aspects of talent acquisition; sourcing, interviewing, closing, reporting * Amazing email management skills - inbox zero is an achievable dream * The basics; attention to detail, organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication * You dig data: you’ve got experience sharing recruiting metrics with teams to identifying trends * A passion to work at Venmo
