This exciting opportunity is with a well-established, elite investment management and financial planning firm in Denver, CO. They specialize in advising high net worth individuals, including CEO’s and other senior executives of Fortune 500 companies, business owners, and families with substantial wealth. The mission of this wealth management firm is “To protect and prudently grow the wealth of our exclusive clientele”. This individual provides a first impression when greeting and assisting clients and prospective clients and provides a variety of administrative support roles in a professional financial advisor work environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to advisers, including correspondence, meeting logistics, calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reports. * Welcome clients and guests from the office front desk and answer incoming calls * Perform general administrative duties including the office opening and closing, maintaining * the company’s Outlook meeting calendar, coordinating staff luncheons, ordering office * supplies, copying and faxing documents, and maintaining common office areas * Open and distribute employee mail * In-office client meeting preparation and set up * Transcribe letters and audio memorandums * Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems * Assist with client quarterly performance report mailings * Special projects and other assigned duties as needed * Building management contact * Responsible for managing office equipment maintenance and supplies * Provide advisor assistance as needed
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of administrative assistant experience in a professional work environment * Experience maintaining and protecting sensitive, executive-level confidential information. * Extraordinarily high degree of professional polish required * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * High attention to detail * Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and follow up skills * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
