Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to multiple Vice Presidents for our Investor Services, Branch Network Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
* Manage their calendar including scheduling meetings, conferences, trainings (off-site and/or internal) and group events. * Ability to function independently as well as identify, implement and maintain special projects with minimal direction. * Plan, coordinate and manage extensive travel arrangements including transportation and lodging. * Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion, as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to run reports in Excel for the business leaders. * Creation of PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings. * Ability to effectively multi-task within a fast pace environment. * Establish and maintain effective, cooperative and professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and key business partners. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * We believe that our values have helped us to build both a successful business model and an outstanding work environment. * We value teamwork, integrity, service, open communication, and perseverance.a
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree highly preferred * A minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience for executive level leadership * Must have highly developed PC skills, including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Experience working independently on complex projects preferred. * Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to anticipate, improvise, multi-task and adapt for optimal resolutions. * Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities, with strength in identifying and implementing solutions when applicable. * Excellent planning and written/ verbal communication skills.
