We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who is passionate about their proactive, creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies which allows him/her to identify and attract the best talent there is! Responsibilities
* Work directly with leadership across departments (including sales, growth, finance and operations) to determine specific hiring needs and to develop candidate profiles and job descriptions * Work collaboratively with recruiting team on sourcing strategies and program design as it relates to full-time, new grad and internship hiring * Deliver against performance metrics related to source to close, recruiter efficiency and other OKRs that drive and reflect the recruiting team's success * Build and leverage sourcing and recruiting strategies using any combination of resources - LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, phone, and face-to-face networking events * Put the candidate first in every interaction. Make sure they know how important they are to Betterment, and that they have an experience they’ll mention to their friends whether or not they end up working here * Train hiring managers in best practices for interviewing, building pipelines from their network, and landing top tier talent in order to meet our ambitious hiring goals * Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition on continuously improving our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 5-7+ years of in-house recruiting experience (at least 3+ years in-house) * Bachelor’s degree * A passion for working in a growth stage company * Advanced Internet sourcing skills, such as Boolean Logic and x-ray searches * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * The ability to build relationships and trust with candidates in a short amount of time * Motivation, drive, and ambition * The ability to switch gears quickly and effectively **Nice-to-haves** * Interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment * Interest in personal finance, financial planning or investing * Experience building out and executing a campus recruitment strategy
