You are excited to figure out how to capture the attention of business decision-makers and introduce them to products that will help them accomplish their company goals. You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and are very organized. You are entrepreneurial and can demonstrate quick thinking and creative problem-solving. You have an interest in financial products and want to evangelize Betterment as the best answer to the question, “What should I do with my money?” You are excited by the prospect of building user base for products that have been marketed before. As the second member the of B2B marketing team for Betterment for Business, for businesses in need of a better 401(k) for their employees, you will be key to growing a startup within a startup and bringing the right prospects in the door for our sales team to convert into clients.
Responsibilities
* Be the go-to marketing person for our Betterment for Business team, supporting New Business by bringing creative ideas on how to build awareness and consideration for the product and generate leads * Collaborate with Product, Sales, Acquisition, CRM, Content, and Design to create and develop cross-channel programs and campaigns on an ongoing basis and in alignment with new product/feature launches * Track and measure the impact of lead generation efforts in collaboration with analytics
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 5 years of work experience in an analytical and execution-oriented role in a fast-paced environment * Experience planning, executing, and measuring B2B lead generation marketing campaigns * Proven problem-solver who proactively identifies opportunities, formulates plans to nimbly approach these opportunities, and effectively communicates the results * Gift for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and turning it into resonant marketing messaging * Strong analytical background with proven ability to use analytics to assess performance and identify opportunities for optimization and additional scale * Track record of managing and executing projects across multiple teams and with shifting priorities **Nice-to-haves:** * B2B financial services marketing experience, especially for 401(k) providers * Experience and interest in writing content for our B2B audience
