Summary
We’re building up our marketing team, and are looking to hire a Content Marketing Writer to help with the creation, curation, and repurposing of content across various mediums. This position will manage the calendar and creation of audience-facing content, with the guidance of our Sr. Marketing Manager. You will be supported by some of the brightest minds in the communications and storytelling world.
Responsibilities
* Write copy for our emails and nurture streams (we use HubSpot). Develop consistent messaging across marketing channels including email, website, blog, sales collateral, etc. * Create relevant content for our target audience, including articles and blogs highlighting thought leadership, key insights, case studies, etc. * Manage the company content calendar, work with key stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing and design to gather assets and publish polished content. * Leverage, curate, and re purpose existing content from our books and whitepapers to create emails, articles, and blog posts aimed at aimed at reaching executives and decision makers. * Brainstorm, write, and edit new content, and engage resources in additional content creation as needed. * Promote content across external properties including other websites, blogs, partners, and media. * Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams. * Monitor content marketing effectiveness through analytics and key metrics.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or Journalism. * 3-5 years of experience in content marketing. Experience creating a content calendar, managing the company blog and social content, writing emails, articles, and blog posts * Familiarity with working in a marketing team and using content to drive website traffic / lead generation / sales. * Strong English writing skills. * Understanding of how to promote content across various mediums is a plus. * Agency or B2B experience is a plus. Creating content aimed at executives and key decision makers is a plus. * Wordpress skills and basic HTML skills are a plus.
