Summary
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is experienced working for a high growth SaaS company. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed oriented, product obsessed and wants to own the go to market strategy for all new product and services launches. The Sr Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the product launch plan with a focus on budget, timelines/milestones and deliverables. Specifically, they will own messaging and competitive positioning, the creation of support tools/collateral and will work closely with the Product team to do customer research. This person will also work closely with our Customer Marketing Manager, Sales team, Customer Success team and the Executive team to ensure scalable, successful product launches. This is a great opportunity for an experienced product marketing professional to continue to hone their skills within an innovative environment.
Responsibilities
* Owning and executing on the go to market strategy for all of MemberSuite’s product and services launches * Serving as the project manager for all product and services launches * Executing product marketing best practices throughout the planning, managing, launch and post-launch process * Working closely with the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure we are optimizing for customer and market adoption * Interviewing customers to creating messaging/positioning documents by role that focus on strategic benefits rather than feature/functionality * Creating sales enablement tools to competitively sell and accelerate pipeline
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * 3-5 years of b2b product marketing experience * Experience interviewing customers to better understand how software can help them overcome business challenges * Quick learner, results driven, highly inquisitive * Strong project management skills – organized, iterative and focused on timelines and goals * Excellent verbal communication and written skills **Preferred:** * Training in Voice of the Customer interviews * Project management training/certification
