Summary
AGDATA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Representative. The Customer Success Representative (CSR) will play a critical role in supporting activities of the Fulfillment and Inventory Collection programs. As a member of AGDATA’s Customer Success organization, the CSR will review and prepare invoices to submit for client programs, research payments, and process client checks. This position will assist in the maintenance of the Grower database by reviewing data integrity reports and interfacing with multiple systems to ensure data consistency across all systems.
Responsibilities
* Print, prepare, QC, and enter invoices submitted for manual processing for Programs * Research outstanding payments made to customers that are past 180 days * Research checks returned as undeliverable and update account info as needed * Reissue current checks that are missing, issued incorrectly or need address changes * Process enrollments * Compile a list of new customers that require an SAP number to be assigned in order to process invoices/coupons * QC entry of coupons for various programs
Ideal Candidate
* High School diploma * 3+ years of experience providing customer service both via phone and in person * 6 months Data Entry experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate ability with Excel * Strong focus on customer satisfaction and overall customer experience * Able to think creatively and analytically in order to solve customer issues * Concise and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, especially via phone and email * Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment * Basic database relationships and terminology preferred
