About Litehouse
Litehouse began as a family owned restaurant more than 50 years ago in the resort town of Hope, Idaho. The company became famous for its bleu cheese dressing and, as a result, expanded into the retail market with a multitude of dressings and sauces, veggie and fruit dips, caramel dip, instantly fresh herbs, cheese, apple cider and more.
To support various Litehouse departments, including Sales, Transportation, Scheduling, Warehouse, acting as a liaison between Litehouse and the customer.
**Guiding Principles-Culture- Service:** * Responsible for driving the Litehouse culture through company guiding principles * Accountable for outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers * Develop and maintain effective relationships through collaboration and consistent timely communication * Help uphold a “Team Member” environment supporting others with positive behavior * Ensure compliance with food safety and quality guidelines **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** * Process orders/data entry accurately and in a timely manner. * Communicate/confirm total cost for customer orders in a timely manner. * Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information required * File orders, original purchase orders, etc. to maintain records. * Regularly review inventory levels and notify the scheduling department of orders that would deplete stock. * Serve as liaison between the customer and/or broker and various departments (transportation, scheduling, sales, production, warehouse, etc.) * Assist Customer Service team with other duties as needed. * Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Work:** * High School diploma or equivalent GED; prefer a one-year certificate from college or technical school or one year of directly related on-the-job training/experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (specifically, Excel and Access) ; ROSS, Business Objects and EPM knowledge a plus **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** * Must be accurate, timely and productive with attention to detail * Must have strong, innovative problem solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn quickly, think creatively, effectively self-govern and prioritize duties * Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers **Physical Demands/Work Environment:** * Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and talk or hear * Frequently required to reach with hands and arms * Occasionally required to stand and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds * Specific vision abilities requirements include close, distance and color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust/focus * The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $13 and up
Reports to Customer Service Lead
