Office setting on a Phone queue. Must love phone customer service and have a clear, upbeat phone presentation. Candidate must have good computer skills and be able to work until 9pm.
This position is a hybrid of an Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate and Care Management Associate position where you'll be based a on queue phone that incorporates a multi-functional mix of tasks that are both on the queue and off the queue work. This position will be receiving inbound calls, and also making outbound calls to providers and members.
Background/Experience
- 2-4 years experience in Customer Service - required
- 1-3 years experience in a Medical Setting - preferred
Education
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
Licenses And Certifications
Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is desired
Working Conditions
Travel Required 0 - 10%. The hours are Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm with an occasional Saturday required.
