Call Center Representative

GoHealth is seeking a Customer Service Agents to fill our open Tier 1 Screener positions. The Screener will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, and fielding inbound sales calls. The ideal individual is a fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork is a must, and in order to be successful the Screener will be required to learn GoHealth policies and procedures and Federal and State regulations, while being able to meet sales quotas and handling a high volume of calls. The Screener must be detail oriented, and be able to record information quickly and accurately.

• Field inbound and complete outbound sales calls for the Tier 1 Sales Center
• Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers
• Guide consumers through the initial buying process by effectively screening calls and transferring calls to the appropriate sales team
• Escalate calls to the appropriate parties, when necessary
• Successfully complete all training requirements
• Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards

• 1-2 years of Sales, Customer Service or Retail experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, driven by performance goals and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexible schedule required, including evening and weekend hours when necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
