Digital Marketing Operations and Campaign Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams of Accenture and client team members
- Capture issues and desired outcomes through meetings and facilitated workshops
- Provide analysis and develop solution options
- Develop and present solution recommendations to client leadership
- Create solution recommendation roadmaps with supporting business cases Design, estimate and present additional consulting activities and projects
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience working in a marketing area with experience in: Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, Marketing Operations, Marketing Planning & Financial Management, Marketing Processes and Organization design, Marketing Resource Management, Marketing technology implementations (customer databases, package software, reporting and analytics).
- 1 or more years experience in consulting
- Bachelor’s Degree required with preferred concentrations in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or Operations Analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of leading practice marketing automation vendors, such as: Aprimo, Unica, Siebel-Marketing, Oracle-CRM-Marketing, SAP-CRM-Marketing Graduate degree with focus on business, marketing and/or technology
- Technology experience/awareness with Unica, SAS, Aprimo, e.Piphany, Chordiant/Pega, ExactTarget, Eloqua or Marketo
Professional Skills:
- Executive level communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong aptitude, motivation and interest in transforming business problems into solutions
- Good understanding of the end-to-end - processes of marketing, sales, and service organizations
- High adaptability to newer techniques and emerging technologies
- Proven experience with business development, client value creation and deal shaping
- Inquisitive and possess solid issue based problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage rapid changes in a fast paced and time-sensitive client engagement
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
