Responsibilities
- MuleSoft is looking for an analytical and revenue-minded individual to manage our digital marketing campaigns based in our San Francisco office. - The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the charge in building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and associated processes and best practices. - Digital Marketing Manager will act as the global center of excellence collaborating not only with the rest of digital marketing team but also with product marketing, field marketing and account development functions. - You will also oversee the efficient management of our digital marketing budget by leveraging marketing automation, A/B testing, Web Analytics & CRM BI. **Primary Responsibilities for this role include:** - Effectively partner with and influence a broad array of cross-functional teams (Social, PR, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Partner Email, and Marketing Operations) to drive successful collaboration and share best practices and strategies. - Envision and execute new online marketing campaigns to drive leads and optimize budget against ROI, CPA, forecasts and revenue goals. - Drive qualified prospects through integrated marketing campaigns including various acquisition tactics (SEM, Display, Remarketing, Social Media, SEO, etc.). - Manage budgets, forecasts and advertising campaigns to grow business and improve ROI. - Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and optimization of current campaigns to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals - Work with Marketing Operations team to develop new reporting with deeper insights which aid in tracking results and drive sales pipeline and velocity. - Build strong relationships with Sales and Account Development team to support and influence short and long term growth initiatives. - Collaborate with Creative and User Experience teams to develop creative assets and landing pages. - Develop digital creative briefs, business requirements, and strategic frameworks for programs, campaigns, messaging/content. - Setup Marketo lists, segments and Salesforce Campaigns - Work with Marketing Operations team to build our multi-touch attribution model - Set and report on valuable KPIs for the marketing function as it relates to the company’s pipeline, revenue, and Cost of Customer Acquisition. - Work closely with sales to develop a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes for better lead routing and qualification
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math or a technical field - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably for a B2B organization) - Deep knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing, AdRoll, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Marketo and SFDC - Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on the changing business requirements - Strong communications skills a must – both written and oral - Strong interpersonal skills to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities - Proficient in Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, Formulas, VBA - Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Birst, C9, Tableau) - Skilled at problem solving and extracting insights from analysis - The ability to synthesize data, summarize issues, and think outside the box is essential
