Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruiting team, keeping the recruiting process organized, and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with candidates, recruiters and interviewers. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for greeting candidates for on-site interviews in our New York office in order to ensure the candidates have a smooth interviewing experience.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews * Managing Applicant Tracking System (opening and closing requisitions, moving candidates along the pipeline, etc) * Posting jobs on external job boards * Greeting candidates for on-site interviews and guaranteeing the interview process works seamlessly * Setting up video interviews between offices * Onsite support for directing questions in the office * Preparing and sending offer packages to candidates * Sending background checks and assist with all pre-hire compliance
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree is preferred * Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously * Ability to work quickly and efficiently while supporting high volume of scheduling request * Previous scheduling experience * Confident in dealing with ambiguity and solving issues on the fly * Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel especially)
