Summary
The Corporate Recruiter will work with a team of recruiting professionals, focused on finding top talent for Wireless Advocates and Car Toys across the U.S. They will be joining a highly collaborative and cohesive team and work with several different business units, both tech and non-tech. An ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage the full recruiting cycle and be highly skilled in all areas of client management and candidate generation. They will need to demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess superior communication skills (both written and verbal) and effectively manage competing priorities through a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end to end recruitment process for organizations supported; including recruitment and sourcing, interviews, selection, offers and onboarding of new hires. * Serve as a subject matter expert in applying best practices for the full recruitment lifecycle. * Partner with clients and HR to develop a thorough understanding of organizational culture and business strategy in order to deliver on the hiring needs of the business. * Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline that will yield successful long-term hires. * Utilize recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems and CRM’s for workflow tracking, communications and the management of active and passive candidates. * Provide an outstanding, first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. * Represent the company at networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc. * Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment - technical recruiting experience highly preferred. * Experience in tracking and managing candidates in an applicant tracking system. * Strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure. * High level consultative skills with the ability to influence others and a proven track record of developing strong business relationships across multiple departments. * Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing and recruitment plans * Demonstration of advanced selling/negotiation/closing skills. * Proficiency with MS Office products, including: Word, Excel and Outlook. * Must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality – demonstrate good judgment at all times. * Ability to be resourceful, with exceptional problem solving skills. * Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
