* Pre-shifts crew daily providing direction, motivation, and communicating the company message positively.

* Operates specialized power and motorized equipment including, but not limited to: scissor lift, boom lift, fork lift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, utility vehicles and trucks up to 30 ft. long.
* Operates different mechanical lifts and perform department related tasks atop such lift.
* Assist floral team in the production, delivery, installation and strike of events, special projects and décor in both off-site and on-site venues.
* Responsible for maintaining the Wynn standards of service to guests and coworkers at all times.
* Ensures employee’s compliance with policies and procedures.
* Ensures the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.
* Maintains a safe and pristine work environment at all times.
* Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
