Responsibilities
* Assist in prescreening applicants. * Filing including performance assessments, benefit change forms, payroll related information, personnel change forms, etc. * This includes filing hard copy in personnel file, as well as scanning and storing electronically. * Assisting in the setup of events for Human Resources and Safety. * Scheduling various meetings for the human resources and safety managers. * Assisting with new hire processing as necessary, including orientations, on-boarding, and safety. * Data entry in to HRIS * Reporting * Assist in payroll processing. * Other duties as assigned by Human Resources and Safety Managers.
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintaining confidentiality in all areas. * Familiarity with general rules and regulations that govern Human Resources. * Extreme attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with extreme multi-tasking. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
