- Assist in prescreening applicants.
- Filing including performance assessments, benefit change forms, payroll related information, personnel change forms, etc.
- This includes filing hard copy in personnel file, as well as scanning and storing electronically.
- Assisting in the setup of events for Human Resources and Safety.
- Scheduling various meetings for the human resources and safety managers.
- Assisting with new hire processing as necessary, including orientations, on-boarding, and safety.
- Data entry in to HRIS
- Reporting
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Other duties as assigned by Human Resources and Safety Managers.
- Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintaining confidentiality in all areas.
- Familiarity with general rules and regulations that govern Human Resources.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with extreme multi-tasking.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
