Summary
We are a small collaborative team, passionate about Marketing and driving revenue. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere and help one another achieve our goals. This position is based in our New York City office. This role reports to the VP Marketing but works closely with the marketing team and respective product manager to launch the Work Market platform and help drive its' adoption. * Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and effective communicator * Well versed in best practices surrounding product marketing and product communication * Understand how our software is helping to shape the future of work * You are a product evangelist to internal audiences, customers, partners, and market influencers.
Responsibilities
* Calibrate our product’s long-term vision, based on the competitive landscape, customer relationships and industry trends to accomplish long-term goals. * Articulate with confidence the benefits of our product within the context of the customer, partner and analyst/media perspectives * Lead business case, product strategy and roadmaps for all products in the enterprise vertical * Participate in cross functional teams of product management, engineering, enterprise sales and marketing to determine product priorities, innovation, and marketing mix. * Execute all of the outbound tasks necessary to develop a cohesive customer-facing message * Drive the successful introduction to market and create new paths for our products; to increase our competitive advantage * Conduct competitive analysis and highlight value-adding differentiation strategies that would increase our effectiveness * Develop and execute product launch strategies across cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Account Management, Engineering, Sales) * Define and deliver sales enablement tools such as demos, presentations, collateral, process documentation) * Deliver sales training to support the sales pipeline * Define and deliver channel partner training
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS in marketing, business or related fields required, Master Degree preferred * 5+ years of related product or solutions marketing experience * Detailed experience and a solid understanding of working with high growth Enterprise SaaS software offerings, preferably in the Human Capital ecosystem. * Excellent written, verbal and highly effective presentation skills * Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, salespeople, industry analysts and press * Proven track record in crafting compelling product positioning, differentiation, competitive analysis, and segmentation for new and established products in market * Strong desire to be part of a team and work in a highly collaborative environment. * Ability to take ownership of the position and innovate through creative thinking
