Summary
This position will report directly to the Vice President of Shared Services and be responsible for maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for International Payroll for various regions * Manage a staff of payroll associates * Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information * Field employee questions regarding benefits and payroll * Reconcile employee deductions * Provide Monthly reports to Accounting * Various Ad Hoc Projects * Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * 5+ years experience with Payroll/Accounting Operations * Experience managing a staff * Heavy international payroll exposure * Strong Organizational Skills * Strong Customer Service Skills * Proficient in MS Office * Proficient in ADP * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree preferred **Critical Competencies for Success** * Do’er: * You do what you love! * Credibility is earned at WeWork through execution and getting things done. * You are able to get into the details and deliver results under highest expectations on time and quality. * Be ready to get hands-on with all aspects of the daily needs.
