Responsibilities
* Responsible for both domestic and international payrolls * Review and ensure accurate computation of pay. Conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity and compliance, and coordinate with internal departments as appropriate to resolve discrepancies * Process payroll (union & non-union) and maintain payroll information as required * Verify accuracy of payroll and reports received from ADP each pay period, and upload the General Ledger files to SAP. Prepare month end reports for the Admin. Task Force each month and explain any discrepancies * Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports * Provide high quality customer service to organization as needed. Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, and liaison with service providers. Analyze and recommend solutions to address customer issues related to payroll * Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting to support the organization with critical business decisions using ADPR * Complete ad hoc projects as requested * Act as liaison between payroll and HRIS, importing data from the HR system into ADP
Ideal Candidate
* Associate’s Degree and 7-10 years of experience required. * FPC or CPP preferred * Strong knowledge of Federal/State wage and hour regulations preferred * Proficient in ADP Payroll System (Pay Force), time keeping system (Enterprise eTime), ADP Reporting, ADP General Ledger, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. * Good analytical and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail required * Self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced environment * Strong communication, problem solving, report writing and customer service skills are required. * Multi state experience preferred * Working hours to accommodate locations in other US time zones * Team player capable of multi-tasking and providing results under tight deadlines * Familiarity with SAP preferred * Must maintain confidentiality of information * Experience with international payrolls preferred
