Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) and ad hoc requests that identify actionable insights from marketing campaigns, customer touchpoints, brand health, share of voice, and competitive intelligence. - Execute CRM and lead gen programs through marketing automation emails for Retail and Travel businesses. Retail efforts also include affiliate, social, retargeting, and partnerships. - Write compelling words on all social media pages, creatively grow our follower community, and push forward our SEO and SEM optimization. - Provide regular brand health tracking summaries. - Competitive intelligence gathering and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
Required - Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be extremely organized and detail oriented - Great writer and storyteller - Experience with Marketing and Analytics - Able to work independently, as necessary Nice-to-Have - Experience delivering marketing performance intelligence via tracking and dashboards, plus data-driven optimization via web analytics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, attribution and influence reporting - Experience executing segmented CRM and lead gen programs - Experience with social media to amplify marketing programs and goals - Demonstrated knowledge of the marketing platforms we use to power the above: Pardot, AdWords, Wordpress, Criteo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Radian6, and more - 2+ years experience in B2B marketing organization, preferably in media, ad-tech, SaaS, and/or advertising company focused on driving deeper client relationships and new leads
