Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:** - Develop marketing collateral and marketing materials, such as brochures, slipsheets, newsletters, and event invitations. - Write all forms of marketing collateral, including brochures, slipsheets, website, newsletters, etc. - Ability to revise, edit and proofread concise information and engaging copy to persuasively communicate the PMCC value proposition for existing and potential clients. - Work with the Marketing team and business partners to conceive, develop and produce effective client communications, including but not limited to website, e-mail and direct mail campaigns. - Ability to generate new, compelling marketing concepts and bring those concepts to fruition to drive business results. - Create, execute and monitor direct mail campaign(s). - Maintain existing Prudential Mortgage Capital Company website and manage necessary updates and or recommend improvements, respond appropriately to any website inquiries. - Compile, consolidate, format, and summarize information, graphs, and presentations to support internal clients and serve as the liaison with Prudential’s Compliance partners. - Coordinate and fulfill direct mail activities including outside vendor contacts as needed, including inventory management. - Serve as liaison to the Advertising team to traffic and execute annual advertising plans.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with concentration in marketing and/or advertising, communications, journalism or design. - 2+ years of prior experience in either a marketing and/or creative function on the client/brand side. - Graphic design experience preferred - Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write for various marketing materials described above. - Computer proficiency with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new and proprietary applications - Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop preferred - Team player, creative, organized and detail oriented - Excellent communication, team work, and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a deal team
