Summary
Client Services is a division of Wealthfront Brokerage, and is responsible for all client communication including client phone calls, client emails and brokerage operations. The Client Services team works closely with all other divisions of Wealthfront Inc., including the engineering and product teams to provide the best client experience possible. All Client Services team members are series 7 registered.
Responsibilities
* Learn Wealthfront's service in detail, including our investment methodology and tax-loss harvesting service * Answer client phone calls and respond to client emails across a wide range of topics as it relates to our service * Work effectively with our brokerage operations, engineering and product teams for improvements to our service
Ideal Candidate
* Series 7, 63 and 99 licenses (or ability to obtain licenses within 90 Days) * A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a belief in passive investing * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Appreciation for compliance and adherence to government regulations * At least 6 months of brokerage experience in a client facing role is a plus * Bachelor's degree
