• Customer service - provide superior customer service to Ziegler external and internal clients. Understand Ziegler’s procedures, services and products in order to effectively communicate and meet the needs of our clients.
• Sales support – opens new accounts, handles administrative responsibilities, ensures all assigned trading transactions are executed timely and accurately, answers and services client phone calls and performs various projects.
• Financial advisor support – partner with our financial advisors to drive revenue by serving the best interests of our clients.

Professional Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word are essential for this position
• Series 7 and 66 license preferred, willingness to test within 120 days of employment
• Experience using a customer relationship management system is preferred
• A Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, mathematics or related field is preferred
• Related experience in the financial services is required
• Must be proactive and be able to work productively and collaboratively in a “small team” entrepreneurial environment
