Summary
Inland’s CRE Brokers benefit from high earning potential through conventional, auction and consulting programs, advisory and valuation services, opportunities with proprietary products, and teaming with an experienced dynamic sales force. Securities licensing, training and earnings also available for the right candidates. The primary focus of the Broker position is to build commission revenue by gaining new accounts and expanding client base via networking and direct canvassing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs, identify and customize strategic real estate solutions to increase market share. - Use all available research and development tools to attain greater market knowledge - Ability to build and manage relationships within the real estate investment, brokerage, advisory, tax, legal and banking communities.
Ideal Candidate
- Illinois Real Estate Broker License, multi-state licensing a plus - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed - The ability to work independently and within a team environment - reExcellent communication skills; written and verbal Bachelor’s degree
