Summary
The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Customer Care and Inside Sales organizations. The seasoned HRBP will support a non-union, non-exempt hourly population employee relations and manager coaching. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The HRBP will consultant with managers and supervisors on talent, workforce optimization, change management and culture. Leverage best practice, ensuring HR solutions and services that enable the business to meet their objectives, comply with corporate policy and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
* Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations * Extensive employee relations and manager coaching * Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation on escalated issues * Serves as the HR interface for the function providing an integrated HR solution * Viewed as a business partner, change agent, and member of the functional management team * Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance * Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) * Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention * Executes company- wide programs, initiatives and core HR programs as part of the HR Project Pool * Support Senior HR Business Partner in providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning * Partners with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services in support of HR goals and initiatives * Coach and mentor HR Shared Services Generalists
