Summary
Responsible for setting the talent acquisition strategy, designing and implementing efficient and effective hiring processes, building social media branding, creating talent acquisition toolkit, working with HRIS to create reporting, and recruiting top talent.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. * Establish processes and train on use of social media, applicant tracking systems, search techniques, user groups, industry-specific professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, and job boards. * Build toolkits, including college recruiting, internships, job searches, passive candidates, etc. * Work with global HR team members to build, pilot, and roll out an efficient hiring process. * Develop metrics to evaluate performance and speed of recruiting processes. * Manage and evolve the talent acquisition process, keeping abreast of best practice methodologies. * Full cycle recruitment of talent, as business needs dictate. * Establish standards/guidelines for use of agencies and search firms.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required. * Experience working with and helping design applicant tracking systems and processes. * Experience leveraging both candidate and employee referrals for current and future positions. * Expert working knowledge of social media, including resume databases, recruiting and search techniques, user groups, industry-specific professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, and job boards. * 5-10 years corporate recruiting experience. * Demonstrated use of leading cutting edge sourcing methods. * Possess excellent interpersonal skills. * Collaborative team player. * Must work with high sense of urgency and be results-oriented. * Experience handling confidential information with discretion. * Experience with project management and process improvement. * Must be highly motivated, self-direct, and a quick learner. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
