Summary
We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to find the best students out there for our internships and apprentice programs in Turner Studios, technology and corporate positions. You will work with engaged business clients who care about the program to tell the Turner story on and off campus. At your back and beside you will be a great group of recruiters and teammates who will support your efforts, cheer your successes and laugh with you when you mutter "Seriously?"
Responsibilities
The Campus Recruiter will manage and drive the recruiting process for the assigned internship programs. Working directly with the Manager of Talent Acquisitions, you will: * Establish a pool of candidates for internships and entry level positions through campus recruiting efforts, career fairs, conference attendance, information sessions, student organization partnership, partnering with career centers and social media presence. * Manage the identification of top intern candidates, facilitate screens via video interviews and align to hiring manager's needs. * Communicate guidelines and processes to student candidates, hiring managers and HR generalists, and ensure each position includes a diverse slate for consideration. * Help to establish processes and protocols for all internship programs * Establish and implement recruiting strategies which will continue to build Turner's reputation as a destination employer. * Create communication to campus contacts, hiring managers, HR partners, and students to distribute through email and social platforms. * Coordinate and facilitate Intern Program elements such as orientation, speaker's series, development opportunities, networking sessions and farewell events.
Ideal Candidate
* Some experience working with students or recent college graduates is ideal. Can be as a recruiter, working with students in a HR Role, supervisor of students, or employed at a college or university in career services because you have to know this audience. * Prior experience planning and executing campus recruiting events would be great but not required. * Campus visits require travel so you must be willing and able to travel up to 20%. * Excellent communication skills are a must! You will talk and write a lot in this job so clarity and brevity are key. Strong presentation skills are desired. * Strong project management and organizational skills are essential. This position works independently so initiative and self-motivation are important. * You must be proficient in the usual software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have great attention to detail.
