* Design and implement solutions to source and attract the highest caliber talent * Develop and execute TextNow’s Employer Brand strategy * Develop and implement our recruitment and selection process * Create an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience * Build out and scale our recruiting team as needed * Personally handle recruitment for our most senior positions * Translate hiring projections into talent acquisition strategy and plan * Establish recruiting metrics and KPIs to set targets & goals * Manage relationships with placement agencies and retained search firms as needed

* Experience building and managing high performing talent acquisition teams * Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding * Understanding of all selection methods and techniques * Proficient in the use of social media and job boards * Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases * Deep sophistication around culture and talent * Stellar communications skills and can represent the organization externally * Can be hands-on at times to roll up your sleeves and get it done from idea to launch * Awesome attitude, positive vibe, good cheer, and great sense of humor
