• Design and implement solutions to source and attract the highest caliber talent
• Develop and execute TextNow’s Employer Brand strategy
• Develop and implement our recruitment and selection process
• Create an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience
• Build out and scale our recruiting team as needed
• Personally handle recruitment for our most senior positions
• Translate hiring projections into talent acquisition strategy and plan
• Establish recruiting metrics and KPIs to set targets & goals
• Manage relationships with placement agencies and retained search firms as needed

• Experience building and managing high performing talent acquisition teams
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Deep sophistication around culture and talent
• Stellar communications skills and can represent the organization externally
• Can be hands-on at times to roll up your sleeves and get it done from idea to launch
