Responsibilities
**Duties:** - Reports to the overall contract/client manager/director. - Works cooperatively with front line clients, subcontractors, and direct labor staff. - Responsible for a broad range of tasks associated with the administration and management of numerous task orders. - Performs a variety of clerical, administrative and records management functions within task orders and ensures compliance with periodic internal and external reporting requirements. - Employs various software programs and systems to collect, track and reconcile programmatic data relative to milestone decisions, life cycle management and all aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution.. - Prepares program related documentation and participates in administrative and technical reviews. - Develops and submits recommendations to senior leadership regarding process improvement. - Provides recommendations to senior leadership for resolution of administrative issues. - Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. - Work with government and contractors integrating various functions. Work includes planning, programming, budgeting, scheduling, financial management execution, contracting, cost/risk analysis, engineering, and/or logistics planning. - Provide research support in identifying and evaluating current technologies for potential application against validated shortfalls/requirements. - Plan and facilitate project evaluations and facilitate the integration of operational systems into those projects. - Support managing technical and security activities, oversee technical cost, performance, and project schedule metrics of other contractor activities in the performance of projects. - Support transition and program integration activities. - Support the Government in identifying partner organizations to leverage efforts. - Additional duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
**Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in support of multiple government tasking’s with project financial and technical data tracking. - Ability to build strong, professional working relationships. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook). - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Familiarity with DoD and Service organizational structure and terminology - Experience using Microsoft Project.
