Responsibilities
Responsible for operational/technical leadership, coordination and integration of a project/mission at the Division Level within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer. Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation. Performs technical studies to refine project requirements. Monitors project/mission to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between internal and external customer components, action item management and tracking, produce monthly status reports and weekly highlights. Schedule, facilitate Division level meetings and capture meeting minutes as necessary.
Ideal Candidate
* Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD. * TS/SCI with Poly required * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills * Working knowledge of computer application software, i.e. Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and Project), Sharepoint * Ability to maint flexibility to meet customer mission requirements. * Strong organizationl skills, ability to handle potential priority changes. * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well work effectively within a team/collaboration environment.
