Summary
The Xchange Leasing program is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter to join the team to Manager our existing Dealership Account Management team. Since launching in June of 2015, the Xchange Leasing has grown at an unprecedented rate. Available in almost all major cities in the US, Xchange Leasing is an innovating leasing program designed specifically for Uber driver-partners that complements the flexibility and other key benefits of driving on the Uber platform. Xchange Leasing helps reduce the barrier for individuals who want to drive and earn with Uber and do not have an access to a qualifying vehicle.
Responsibilities
* Manage our network of over 200 dealer partners and our Dealer Account Manager team * Xchange’s Dealer Account Manager team is responsible for pitching/closing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship/performance maintenance for our dealer network * Be accountable for the performance of our dealer footprint, including store density, dealer pricing/inventory mix, reassignment process efficiency/cost, and dealer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
**What you need to know/have:** * Excellent communication skills – your team and customers are spread across the country – the ability to give clear direction is a must * Strong people management experience – you know how to build and motivate a great team * Solid sales / sales-management track record * Data oriented – not afraid of excel and PowerPoint – willing to dive in and diagnose problems * Independent/entrepreneurial * Bias to action - can make quick decisions and execute * You deliver no matter what; You are resourceful and make things happen **Criteria:** * 10+ years of work experience, of which: * 5+ years managing a team of field-based sales or account management professionals * 2+ years working at or selling to car dealerships
