The Carrier Training Specialist at Softheon will work closely with the Client Success Team during Carrier implementation to provide training and support to Carrier personnel on Softheon’s solutions. S/he will provide ongoing training to all carriers both onsite and offsite as needed. This role reports to our training manager. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, quick to learn, and willing to travel.
* Travel to client to provide onsite training and onboarding * Provide ad hoc or continuous training online through web conferencing and webinars * Collaborate with Client Success Team on client training needs, provide training feedback to Client Success Team and track client’s training history * Provide input on external training curriculum and organize a Softheon certification program * Develop and maintain Softheon training standard operation procedures * Develop and maintain client training presentations and training videos * Work with Documentation Specialist to fill documentation gaps and highlight needed updates * Develop and maintain a proficiency in Softheon solutions and services * Assist with internal trainings as needed

* Must be a fast learner, dependable, adaptive, a problem solver & process oriented * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment * Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to constantly improving * Capacity to work effectively while having a willingness to learn new things * Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal communication while managing simultaneous projects * Ideal candidate has strong organizational, time management skills and is self-motivated * Classroom or online teaching/training experience including lesson planning * Graphic design, technical, sales or account/project management background preferred * Experience in enrollment, billing and customer service at a carrier preferred * Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related area with GPA of 3.5 or higher * Master’s degree or teaching certification preferred * Two to four years teaching or training experience preferred
