(New York, New York)Aircall is an app that you can install and setup in a few minutes. It lets you buy one or several phone numbers across the world, add teammates to your dashboard, and place & receive calls on your existing devices.
Aircall is looking for an outstanding Business Developer to work side-by-side with our passionate, hard-working growth team in Paris. You will work closely with our CEO to learn everything from prospecting new leads, to building relationships, educating clients about Aircall and closing deals.
We are looking for a talented young professional who is seeking a startup experience and is eager for professional development
- You'll be in charge of growing Aircall's US customer base as fast or faster than our European business
- We'll give you the tools and methodology to get started - but you'll have to show autonomy and initiative to succeed. You won't be just a sales guy, you will be part of the strategy and you'll contribute to product and tech decisions
- You'll work hand-in-hand with Aircall CEO to close largest deals and you'll have the opportunity the build and manage the US growth team after succeeding in this job.
In particular, you'll have to:
- Manage a high volume of leads, conduct introductory emails, educate clients on the power of Aircall, and close deals
- Engage new clients to understand their business, map stakeholders, distill their needs, recommend solutions, and close deals
- Identifying and researching new sales opportunities thanks to growth hacking techniques that we'll teach you
- Be an Aircall Ambassador through working with startups
- Experience as Business Developer/Growth Hacker in a startup or SMB is a must.
- Data and result-oriented.
- Strong communication skills - extremely clear, direct, timely, and accurate communication.
- An entrepreneurial spirit - Our team is hard working, self-motivated and confident.
