Summary
The Professional Development Coordinator is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training programs, and evaluating effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. The professional development coordinator will be responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and organize TRIOSE training programs via online learning, in-house training, coaching, department specialized, and organization-wide * Evaluate training programs and procedures to analyze effectiveness, report on results and present changes and updates to programs based on those results * Conduct TRIOSE and departmental training as needed * Research training programs, best practices in training, etc. to keep TRIOSE’s training programs up to date * Update and maintain TRIOSE’s Learning Management System (LMS) * Consult with the managers and supervisors of the departments to assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs * Coordinate the firm’s mentoring and peer advisor programs * Ensure TRIOSE is compliant with all training regulations and requirements * Manage and update the onboarding process for new employees and internal promotions * Assist with other administrative department duties, projects and assignments as requested
Ideal Candidate
**We need you to have these skills and abilities:** * Ability to understand the administrative functions of training programs and a familiarity with learning products is required * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion * Ability to interact with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism * Technical writing skills required * Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees of all levels * Strong attention to detail and a critical thinker * Strong public-speaking skills * Software skills **You also need these qualifications:** * 1 – 3 years of experience, preferably in Professional Training, Human Resources, or related field * Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related degree * Previous experience using course authoring software and/or LMS is preferred * ATD. SHRM, or other related training or professional certification is a plus * Knowledge of MS Office Applications * Confidentiality and discretion are required consistently * Willing and able to travel nationally up to 5% as required
